The Füri pro cook’s Knife, 20cm (8”), is the ideal all-round chopping and slicing knife. The thick blade will handle the toughest pumpkin and parmesan splitting, etc, and the tip is fine enough for easy slicing of meats and vegetables. The blade is broad to provide knuckle clearance for cutting over a board. The thickness of the blade is an important factor, but the high Carbon stainless steel material is tougher than any Vanadium stainless steel, and the large radii in the blade-to-handle transition is the real source of all Füri pro knives' strength.
